BRISKET- THIS IS MY FAVORITE OF ALL THE BBQ MEATS. OUR BRISKET IS A TEXAS STYLE BRISKET MEANING IT IS SEASONED WITH A SIMPLE RUB. SLOW SMOKED OVER OAK WOOD TO BLEND THAT PERFECT TOUCH TO THIS WONDERFUL MEAT.

 

 

CHICKEN QUARTERS-OUR CHICKEN IS SMOKED OVER OAK WOOD. IT HAS THAT CRISPY SKIN WHILE REMAINING JUICY.

 

 

TURKEY-THIS IS A WHOLE TURKEY SMOKED FOR 5 PLUS HOURS UNTIL WE REACH THAT PERFECT TURKEY OF GOLDEN SKIN AND JUICY TURKEY MEAT.

 

STEAKS- OUR STEAKS ARE HAND CUT FROM OUR BUTCHER. SEASONED AND GRILLED. WE CAN GET ANY CUT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. IF YOU WANT TO ADD A LITTLE TWIST TO YOUR STEAK JUST HAVE US SMOKE IT A LITTLE  FIRST THEN PUT IT ON THE GRILL TO FINISH.
